Rigorous methods
GSA holds a sworn statement on the correct adoption and effective implementation of a Safety Organisation and Management Model drawn up in accordance with art. 30 of Legislative Decree 81/08 et seq. issued by a Joint Organisation (cert. no.IT249475/UK). This statement, made voluntarily by the company, attests to the implementation of its Occupational Health and Safety Organisation and Management Model and to its compliance with current regulations.
Business ethics
GSA has always promoted a corporate conduct rooted in ethical principles and has developed and disseminated a corporate culture based on legality. For this reason, GSA is one of the few companies to have obtained the Asse.Co. certificate of conformity with regard to its employment relationships. The purpose of this certification is to attest to a company’s proper compliance with labour laws, with collective bargaining agreements and with social security contribution and remuneration obligations. Such “certifications” are taken into account in the inspections carried out by the Ministry of Labour and may be used by same to assess an enterprise within the framework of private contracts.
Consequently, the fact that GSA has obtained this certificate of conformity is a strong guarantee for customers as well.
Finally, GSA has a two star++ score in the legality rating of the Competition and Market Authority: two stars for complying with the basic requirements set forth in Section B of the Legality Rating form and two “+” for complying with the requirements set forth in Section C.
In October 2019, GSA also initiated the process to obtain EMAS certification, one of the voluntary instruments activated under the 5th
European Environment Action Programme.

ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems
GSA promotes quality in every area of business, from its operating methods to the levels of service offered to customers. This customer-focused approach ensures that the services offered take into account both the customer’s needs and any specific regulatory and legal requirements, while at the same time ensuring effective business management and continuously improving organisational performance.
ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management Systems
GSA promotes environmental protection. Its Environmental Management System is based on the principles of planning and control, in order to identify, control and monitor every environmental aspect related to its activities.
ISO 50001:2011 – Energy Management Systems
In line with its environmental protection and sustainability policies, GSA adopts this standard as a means of facilitating better use of energy resources.
IISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
Protecting workers’ safety and complying with the law are two of GSA’s main concerns. Its Occupational Health and Safety Management System
manages every aspect connected with occupational risks, adapting to the latest legislation on human resource management and adopting every possible measure to promote occupational health and safety.
ISO 37001:2016 – Anti-Bribery Management Systems
GSA avails of this standard to boost its commitment to the fight against corruption and, at the same time, to promote a culture of transparency and integrity and the development of effective measures to prevent and deal with corruption at any level, whether active or passive.
SA 8000:2014 – Social Responsibility
GSA values its relations with employees, customers, social partners, communities, authorities and any other party with an interest in the company. In this regard, it uses its own Management System as a tool to guarantee the rights of all workers, to establish partnership relationships with suppliers, and to ensure customers an ethical conduct in all its services.
