GSA makes use of specialised operators to ensure the coordinated and synergistic installation and maintenance of fire safety and surveillance systems.

In particular, GSA ensures the maintenance of technological systems, offering a global, energy efficient service through its extensive experience in the management and maintenance of electrical systems, heating and air conditioning systems, elevators, water and intrusion detection systems. Routine maintenance involves all the operations, controls, supplies and services aimed at maintaining the facilities entrusted to GSA’s management in perfect working order, strictly planning every activity and following specific standards, service quality control procedures and the provisions of operating manuals, specifications, standards, laws and regulations. All this is also made possible by a management system specially conceived by GSA and widely tested on complex technological facilities.

The surveillance and control procedures implemented, always aimed at the highest quality level, target specific maintenance levels such as:

• Preventive maintenance, aimed at preventing the occurrence of faults;
• Corrective maintenance, aimed at restoring normal system performance levels once a fault has been identified and corrected;
• Ameliorative maintenance aimed at optimising the performance of a plant or system, maintaining or increasing its overall market value.
